Let me first start by saying... Aww crap.
Tonight I came across a random video about what I thought as going to be about food addiction. Always wanting to get insight on how the body works I checked it out.
The problem is the last time I read something about food was when I gave up Coke after reading an article about how your body reacts to it. This was after I had on average a few cokes a day...everyday.
So now I see this video (included on the permalink page) that talks about the problems that dairy causes (luckily I already am dairy free) but then goes into all the problems beef causes. Aww aww. I love me some hamburgers but now I am starting to wonder...
This guy suggests switching to an all vegan diet for 3 weeks to try it out. Supposedly at that point you will be hooked and not stray back. Not sure I believe that...
Anyway the big problem here is that I have given my sister shit for years for being a vegetarian and she only recently crossed back over to the dark side. Or I guess the red side. If I now switch how long before I stop showering or cutting my hair?
